How do I know what size shirt to order?

Our t-shirts and sweatshirts offer a slim fit and will fit very close to the body. For a more regular fit, order one size larger. Please refer to these sizing charts and any special notes in the product descriptions.

How does the "Lifetime Warranty" work?

If you're like us, you live an active lifestyle, and that means unexpected things can happen to your sunglasses. For all hand-crafted wood sunglasses we offer a full replacement warranty for $49.99 + shipping. If you accidentally break, smash, sit on, run over, incinerate or damage your sunglasses in any way, simply contact us to return your damaged shades with the original purchase receipt, and we will get you set up with a new replacement pair. (Must be same style & color. If we are sold out, you will have the option to select another style of equal value)



What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or PayPal.


How secure is this store?

This store uses industry leading payment processors, Stripe and PayPal, to process all payments. These payment processors automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to Stripe or Paypal using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). We do not hold any details of your Credit/Debit cards on our database to ensure your maximum security.


How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous U.S. takes 5-10 business days. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.


Will out of stock items become available soon?

The majority of our designs are offered on limited availability. Once they are sold out, you most likely will not see that design or colorway available again. We do this to keep our design offering evolving with our creative vision, and each design becomes part of an exclusive collection.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship orders to locations all over the world. Orders with a destination outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs tariffs and taxes levied by the destination country. The customer is responsible for any fees levied by the respective country.


What shipping method do you use?

Shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.


What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your order. Return or exchange unworn apparel in its original condition and packaging / tags within 15 days of receiving for a full refund of the cost of the merchandise or exchange. If an exchange is indicated, we will ship back to you at no additional charge (domestic only). Original shipping charges are not refundable unless a return is the result of our error.

Be sure to include a copy of the sales receipt which was sent with your original order, and clearly write which item you would like to exchange for, or please indicate if it is return. If you are sending a return/exchange package to us, please email us ahead of time at: orders@operativbrand.com with “Return” listed in the subject line. We'll get back to you right away with all of the information you need to get your return/exchange taken care of.
